In this study, it is aimed to bring together the historical background in the field of religious sciences with contemporary physical sciences and social sciences. Each verse of the Quran has been discussed from two perspectives, the information in classical tafsir and current perspectives are "TEFSIR"; Evaluations in the field of science and social sciences are processed under the title "COMMENT". Before starting to write the sura, the team tried to determine the subject of each verse and the branches of science in which it could be interpreted. While each verse is considered in itself, it is also evaluated in terms of its connection with the previous verse and, when necessary, with the next verse. Again, attention was drawn to the expressions that make up the summaries, and care was taken to explain the basic concepts in the verses.

In addition, while drawing attention to the expressions that make up the summaries, care was taken to explain the basic concepts in the verses. Scientific explanations, called commentaries, were tried to be given as compatible as possible with the commentary sections. However, it should not be forgotten that there may be deficiencies in the flow of the text due to the styles of different authors.
